Passive Income? What is that?

Yes I once asked the same exact question... When money is deposited into your bank account or arrives in your mail box every single month whether you worked or not, it is called passive earning.

For example: When people whom I do not even know, order products from my web site. I get commission checks from different sources in the mail.
Or, I get those "You've received new funds" paypal notifications throughout the day, when people buy my E-book. Just like royalties on a book or a movie. You do the work once and the money keeps coming in no matter what you do.

Why is it so Important and why is it on this web site?

You see... when I started to look into making money on my own from home,

I did join a few companies that had products that I liked but other than using the product myself and making a few sales here and there, there was no real future in it as it did not answer my desire to get paid passively. I only got paid when I sold something. This was NOT what I was looking for.

In 2006 I created my own first product and had a great success with it. It was a marketing product that answered a real need in the market. I was so happy with it but:

• I had to close my business.
• It was still not what I was looking for. Yes I was paid well but only when I sold a product. Nothing passive yet.
