Foreclosure Assistance You Should Know About

Foreclosure assistance is available when you are
faced with foreclosure or you simply are struggling with
your mortgage payments.

Calling your lender for foreclosure assistance.

It makes sense to call your lender when you need help
with your mortgage. Unfortunately your lender will
not and can not represent your best interest

.
They will always look out for themselves. As far
as they are concerned you have to make your
mortgage payments on time, as stated in your
mortgage agreement.

If you arebehind on your mortgage already, all that
your lender will offer you is a

Forbearance agreement
in order to bring your
payments current.

In these difficult times your lender receives thousands
of calls a day from homeowners in distress. They were
not repaired to handle such a downturn in the real
estate market.

Your lender will keep you in a bad loan
as log as
they can, that is how they make money. It is not in
their best interest to change your payment.

When you call your lender you will be connected
with an entry level clerk who can't do anything but
take your information. The next time you call you

will speak with someone else, the results will be
the same..... You will not be able to speak with a
decision maker who can really help.

Government help

Government help is there in theory, however when it
comes to practice it is non existent.

Working with a third party.

An experienced third party can break through the “Red Tape” and get
trough to your lender's negotiators. They will explain to you:

  • If you qualify for help.
  • What program will work best for you.

More importantly experienced third party negotiators will know how to
pressure your lender to qualify you for a mortgage payment reduction
and possibly even a principle balance reduction.

I have to tell you that not everyone can qualify for help. Every homeowner
has a different situation.

Call me. I understand your situation I have been in your shoes. You will
save yourself time and energy. At the end of our conversation you
will know what will work for you and what steps you should take.
